Differences between Clubbell® & Kettlebell training?: I'm considering getting a Clubbell®. Before I go and lay down some cash or plastic for it, I would like to know what are the major benefits and differences involved between kettlebells and Clubbells®?
Do Kettlebell & Clubbell® workouts complement each other?: My interest is peaked and I am seriously considering investing in a Clubbell® and video. I guess my question is how do you feel the Clubbell® routine works in with the kettlebell and deadlift? It seems to me the nature of the club allows for a different type of motion that the kettlebell has a hard time hitting.
Do Kettlebell & Clubbell® workouts complement each other?:(2) I just received a kettlebell and enjoy it immensely. I would like some info on Clubbells® - how are they used, effectiveness, do they compliment kettlebell workouts with them and where they can be purchased?
Observations on Clubbell® vs Kettlebell training: They emphasize different parts of the body as you use them. The kettlebell, as used in exercises advocated by the Party, works the body in more of a "ground up" fashion. The swing, snatch and clean & jerk all stress the legs, hips and back. More of a total body exercise instrument. Clubbell® work more from the hands down. When you pick them up, they are very [difficult] to handle, you constantly try to balance them.
Combining Clubbells® with other workouts?: Coach [Reeve], do your workouts consist primarily of bodyweight, kettlebell and Clubbell® exercises? Do you also do any barbell/dumbbell work? And if so, how do incorporate the other movements with your barbell work?
Combining Clubbell® and bodyweight exercises?: I'm really enjoying my clubbell®. Question: Can you combine bodyweight exercises or any bodyweight movements with the Clubbell® movements in one workout? Can it be productive or would you keep the Clubbell® movements on a separate day?
