    Are there any special ab exercise techniques/conditioning methods to improve the ability to absorb blows? Something similar to bracing the abs against a punch but in an actual hand to hand combat situation?

  • At what point can I see my abs?:
    My body fat was measured at 11.6% and I still can't see my abs. How lean do you have to be before your abs begin to show?

  • Bullet Proof Abs & Hanging leg raises:
    Hanging leg raises with weight are a requirement for [Pavel Tsatouline's] SWAT team program... I'm curious as to why you didn't include it in any of your abdominal training books. Its seems like a decent ab exercise especially with added weight.
